About Us
We specialize in air and ground patient transports from abroad, carried out by an experienced medical team with a background in emergency medicine and pre-hospital emergency care.
We are built on a highly qualified team and state-of-the-art equipment. We charter aircraft certified for air ambulance flights according to the needs of each mission, giving us greater flexibility.
We also offer first aid training for companies and airline personnel, operate a medical hotline with physician consultations, and now provide support to cabin crew when passengers experience complications during a flight.

Our services are intended for clients of commercial insurers, their assistance services, and self-pay clients – individuals, families, or companies that require safe and professional medical transport within the Czech Republic, or the repatriation of patients from abroad to their home country.

Air Ambulance
We provide transport by specialized aircraft. We always choose the most suitable aircraft type for the patient based on the diagnosis and destination.
Medical Escorts
Based on the medical report, and in cooperation with the assistance service and the carrier, we escort patients on commercial or charter flights.
Ground Transports
We provide patient transportation services ranging from standard medical transport (ZDS) to transports with paramedics (RZP) and physician-assisted transfers (RLP), across Europe back to the Czech Republic.
Training Services
We offer professional first aid training not only for companies as part of their occupational health and safety obligations but also for the certification of airline cabin crew.
The basic course lasts 4 hours and can be flexibly adapted to the specific needs and operations of your company.
Check-in Services
Escort and assistance with check-in for bedridden patients
We provide escort and assistance with check-in for patients traveling lying down on a so-called stretcher – special carriers designed for the safe transport of people who are unable to sit. During air transport, the stretcher is installed directly in the aircraft cabin, usually in place of several seats, and provides the patient with maximum comfort and stability throughout the journey.
In justified cases and under certain conditions, we also offer special assistance for external medical transport services that transport patients to/from the airport who are not traveling on a stretcher.

Expert medical consultations by phone – reliable support for your employees and clients
We provide a professional health line with expert consultations in general medicine for adults and children. Our services are designed for companies and organizations that want to provide their employees or customers with quality and fast medical support.
We now also offer a specialized medical assistance service for airline cabin crew. In case of health complications of passengers during the flight, we provide immediate consultations and expert guidance directly during the crisis situation.
